2026 Plymouth-Canton Marching Band Registration: Step 1
Welcome to the Plymouth-Canton Marching Band!
This registration form is the first step in our three phase registration process for the 2026 Marching Band season. The registration process will proceed as follows:
Phase 1: Now through June 1st
- Step 1: Submit this registration form. In the student information section, please use your student's PCCS email address. Be sure to review and acknowledge the documents included below, which will provide you with important information you'll need regarding program fees, volunteer commitments and the 2026 season schedule.
- Once we've reviewed your registration and determined that all prior season balances are paid, you'll receive an email from BoosterHub requesting that you join Plymouth-Canton Music Boosters on BoosterHub. Follow the instructions to log into your new BoosterHub account where you'll be able to view your balance and make payments.
- Step 2: Pay your $250 commitment fee by June 1st. Once your registration is accepted and processed you'll also receive an invoice for this non-refundable commitment fee by email. You can either pay the invoice directly from the payment link in the email or you can log into your BoosterHub account and pay the invoice there.
Phase 2: April 15th through June 15th
- Provide your student's school physical form and any additional required medical paperwork such as medication forms. Please note that school physicals must be completed after April 15th to be valid for the next school year.
- We'll also conduct a parent survey and explain volunteer opportunities available.
Phase 3: July
- Complete and submit field trip permission slips for upcoming competitions and events.
- Complete and submit Ford Field waiver forms needed for MCBA State Finals.
We realize that this is a lot of information to remember all at once so we'll be communicating with you along the way with important reminders and additional information. For now, just complete your registration form to get on our mailing list to receive these important updates.

Please read and acknowledge the included documents before submitting your registration. No payment is due at this time, once your registration form is processed and accepted, you'll be invited to join PCMB on BoosterHub and we'll bill you for the $250 non-refundable commitment fee. Please enter the party responsible for payments in the space below.
Returning members must full pay all prior balances before your registration will be processed. Contact AssistantTreasurer@pcmb.net with any balance or payment inquiries.
